The Guardian pool fence locking deck sleeve was developed for building codes that require fencing to be permanent and was designed by an engineer that specializes in plastics. Our new sleeve is made from a combination of nylon & glass which is one of the toughest plastics you can find. As a result of this sleeve our system has been approved by the City of Los Angeles, the County of Los Angeles and many building departments from coast to coast. We started gaining approval to meet these codes in April, 2011. No other system has ever been approved to meet the City and County of Los Angeles building codes.
Our locking deck sleeve has significantly improved the safety of our product line. What is really nice about our locking deck sleeve is dirt and debris that collects inside the deck sleeves will not affect the operation of the locking system. Guardian Pool Fence Systems Inc. product line now has the approval of many building departments to meet their local building codes for pool fencing.
